Highland Hills Farms offers several vending cart options for your cinnamon almond roasting and nut vendor business endeavor. Vendor carts are available unfinished and we provide all the finishing touches for your convenience including paint and varnish. We also provide customized services. Simply provide a sketch and we will be happy to give you a quote on your personalized cart design.

Custom Cart for Hutterer Roaster:
The dimensions of the custom vending cart are 7'x30"x40". The cutout where the roaster stands is approximately 24"x27". The cart is on swivel caster wheels for portability. The back of the cart has two doors and a locking cash drawer. The cash drawer pops out with the touch of a button and rings a bell. Inside the two doors, you can place a 30-gallon propane tank, a five-gallon water bucket, one box of sugar mix, two boxes of raw almonds or pecans and four boxes of packaged product. The top will hold a small dumping tray, a full ring of 8oz bags, a full ring of snack packs, and one half ring of 16 oz bags.
Using a metal tubing frame instead of wood for durability and weight reduction enhances the portable nature of the cart. In addition, a tubular metal frame is included to hold a canvas top. The canvas top is not included.
Options
- Natural oak trim is available on three sides of the cart to provide a richer overall appearance.
- A sneeze guard (hygiene guard) is available in either glass or Plexiglas.
- Decorative oak wagon wheels are available for the front of the cart. These wheels add a rustic, realistic air to your cart.

Retail Vending Cart:
The dimensions of the retail vending cart are 6'x33"x23". This cart comes standard with the following: Oak trim, Oak handles and Oak wheels. The retail cart has three doors. The side door compartment can be used for a small air conditioning unit for cooling heat sensitive products. The back of the cart has two small storage shelves, two doors and a locking cash drawer. The cash drawer pops out with the touch of a button and rings a bell. This cart offers 16.50 square feet of counter space and an additional 26.77 cubic feet of internal storage.
Like our custom vending cart, this cart utilizes a tubular metal frame for durability and weight reduction. The oak wheels are fully functional on this model. The retail cart also includes the tubular metal frame for a canvas top. The canvas top is not included.
